What is Saraya Beach Resort?
Saraya Beach Resort & Residences is a planned 154-villa beachfront resort in Sekotong, West Lombok, developed by PT Kinnara Capital Indonesia. The villas range from 60 to 220 square metres and will be run as one hotel rental pool, with two restaurants, a beach club, a spa and a gym. It was designed by KRAM Space Architect of Thailand and TSG Construction Indonesia is the contractor.
Can Australians buy property in Lombok?
Yes, but not as freehold. Foreigners cannot hold Indonesian freehold (SHM) title. Australians buy through a long leasehold, or through an Indonesian foreign-investment company (PT PMA) that holds a building right (HGB). Buyers should check the land certificate with the BPN land office, confirm zoning and building permits, and use an independent notary and lawyer.

Did Adrian Campbell own a resort in Bali?

What happened with Eco Boss?
Eco Boss was a Gold Coast distribution business selling a cleaning range and Cig-Arrête smoke detectors made by Radal Technology in the UK. A dispute with the supplier over an electronically signed licence agreement, and the exposure of wholesale pricing to sub-distributors, ended the business model. Adrian Campbell closed the company in 2017. In 2018 it was fined $250,000 and he was fined $85,000 and paid $102,200 in restitution.
Has Adrian Campbell been to court?
Yes. Two early Queensland businesses ended in court matters: International Solar Solutions in 2015 and Eco Boss in 2018. Both were resolved with fines and restitution and both are closed. What is Adrian Campbell's connection to Marina Bay City?
Kinnara was the marketing and listing partner for Marina Bay City, a Lombok project developed by companies controlled by Jamie McIntyre. Buyers' contracts were with the developer companies, not Kinnara. Is Adrian Campbell still involved with Marina Bay City?
No. Kinnara withdrew from the project in late 2025 and no longer works with Jamie McIntyre or his companies in any capacity. Kinnara Capital's own land in Buwun Mas, Sekotong, is entirely separate from Marina Bay City and is being developed under Kinnara Capital's own governance, beginning with Saraya Beach Resort.
What is the Federal Court case QUD 273 of 2026?
It is Adrian Campbell's proceeding in the Federal Court of Australia against Jamie McIntyre over a campaign of websites, articles and publications directed at Adrian after he reported McIntyre to Indonesian police. An interim injunction granted in May 2026 was discharged in August 2026 on procedural grounds, with no finding on the merits. The case continues.

Direct flights connect Lombok International Airport with Perth and Darwin, and Scoot flies from Singapore. Lombok is also a 30-minute flight or a ferry crossing from Bali. From the airport, Sekotong is 1.5 to 2 hours by road, and about 45 minutes from Lembar ferry port.
What is the Elysian display villa?
The Elysian is a finished display villa at Mandalika, Lombok, built by Kinnara Capital to show the specification Saraya buyers receive.
